"Psychedelic Pill" is already Neil Young's second new album in 2012 and was recorded again with his long-time comrades-in-arms from Crazy Horse. The nine new songs cover 2 CDs, including tracks with a playing time of more than 20 minutes.
The album was recorded immediately after completion of the work on "Americana" with the full line-up of Crazy Horse, namely Billy Talbot, Ralph Molina and Frank Sampedro
