Published in 1987, "Three-Way Mirror" is a tribute to a master of jazz, Joe Farrell. This recording contains the last performances of this important musician. Farrell himself plays flute, alto and tenor saxophone and is accompanied by the incomparable percussionist Airto Moreira. Mark Egan on electric bass, Kei Akagi on piano and the voice of Flora Purim round off the album. Airto and Flora also contribute two Brazilian pieces by members of her band - accompanied - the guitarist Jose Neto and Randy Tico on bass.
